VET Edge provides specialist training courses for tradespeople. Our team members have been in the trade education space for years, supporting apprenticeships and traineeships across Queensland and Australia, and working with employers across construction, electrical, plumbing, automotive, mining, and more.
Our experience gives us something no external training provider has: a ground-level understanding of how trade businesses work, what employers struggle with, and where the real gaps in on-the-job development are.
The more we worked, the more we noticed that one gap kept appearing. Skilled tradespeople were stepping into supervisory roles without any preparation for the leadership and communication side of the job.
We built VET Edge to close that gap.
